We were so relieved to see the article in the local Times that you had set up this wonderful service for our pets.

Chris and I had always said that when the time came, we wanted Morgan to end his days at home, but knew most vets no longer offer this service.

No one wants to see their pets in unnecessary anxiety, especially at end of life. So a huge thank you for thinking of us all and we wish you all the best.

We were so fortunate to be informed of your services this week. We had to make the heartbreaking and devastating decision of saying goodbye to our 13 year old beautiful lab Jack Kirby.

The thought of saying goodbye to Jack was horrendous but we can't thank you enough for the exceptional care and compassion you showed during such a difficult time. Your kindness and professionalism made the process more bearable.

We truly appreciate the respect and sensitivity with which you handled everything, ensuring Jack was comfortable and at peace and allowing us all the time in the world to say goodbye to Jack and grieve.

We are deeply grateful for the care you provided and wouldn't hesitate to contact you again or recommend.

It was so hard for us to come to terms that we would need to say goodbye to our special little boy. We knew he hated going to the vet and didn't want his last moments to be stressful. Forest Farewells took this worry away and Susie and Claire were amazing.

Their love and compassion was so genuine and gave our little boy the send off he deserved in his own home surrounded by his loved ones.

I just wanted to say thank you to you and Susie for making Dodger's passing so comfortable and peaceful.

We have unfortunately been through that a few times in the past with other pets and with you it was the most pleasant of a horrible experience that we have ever had.

Going through the physical process of taking your loved family member to the vet for the final time is excruciating. So when it came time for us to say farewell to Scooter we chose a home service.

Arranging the appointment was painless. We were asked some basic questions around why we were making the decision and then agreed the date and time.

On the appointment date, the team were on time. They were caring and empathetic. They checked Scooter’s health before making preparations. Then we had all the time we needed. We held our boy when he drifted off. He was unstressed and loved and we weren’t rushed with our goodbyes.

Scooter left with the vet and was returned to us, cremated, a short time later.

This one of the hardest things you have to do for your pet friend. And by choice this is the way we would choose to say goodbye.
